the recreation dancer and aspiring professional.

dance and joy of movement in our students. Classes

ONLY studio Massachusetts and New Hampshire with a
Registered Dance Educator - one of only 40 in the
country (educator has been tested & evaluated
& found to be of superior ability with regard
to curricula, technique, content, teahcing methods,
style, safety, aptitude & ability)

DRESS CODE
Dancewear is required. Absolutely
no shirts, shorts, or sweatshirts allowed
(Adult attire is comfortable clothing;
leggings, etc.). Hair needs to be pulled
back. Ballet shoes must be bought at a
dance store.

POLICIES

ATTENDANCE - Students
are expected to attend all classes on time and with
the proper attire.

ABSENCES/MAKEUPS
– Make-ups are allowed (within one month) only
if the studio is notified at least one hour prior
to class time. NO CREDIT or financial adjustments
for absences or weather cancellations.

WEATHER CANCELLATIONS
- Classes are cancelled if Tyngsboro schools have
been cancelled due to weather. If there is a delayed
opening due to weather in Tyngsboro and surrounding
towns, there will be no morning classes. If schools
have early dismissal due to weather, there will be
no afternoon or evening classes. Call the studio 1/2
hour before class when in doubt. Makeups for snow
days are allowed if there is a comparable class.
TUITION
Tuition is based on approx. 10 months of classes (Sept
–June) and an overall tuition amount. Monthly
tuition is determined by taking total amount and dividing
appropriately.
MONTHLY PAYMENTS (10)

Payment is same each month,regardless
of weeks that month. Tuition is already divided
into 10 equal installments

Tuition is due during the prior month
(BEFORE the first of the month)
- Any outstanding tuition on the first of the month will be automatically
charged to the credit card on file

Semester 1payment
due upon Registration; Semester 2
payment due by Jan. 31st.

Semester tuition determined by taking
monthly tuition and multiplying by 5 months.

FINANCIAL NOTES

To determine monthly tuition for multiple
classes: list the desired classes in order from
longest to shortest – then see the chart for
respective prices.

2 hr ballet ($87),
1 1/2 hour jazz ($71),
1 hour tap ($50)

Annual non-refundable Registration
Fee: $25.00/ individual or $45.00/family.

All discounts forfeited if tuition
is late.

No credits, refunds, or adjustments
given for holidays, absences, or weather cancellations.
Tuition is based on an anuual amount (not weekly lessons)
and the curricula remains the same regardless of how
many lessons there are in a given month.

$25.00 fee for NSF checks, $25.00
fee for declined credit cards.
- Tuition must be secured with a credit card.
- Periodic billing is the preferred form of payment for your convenience
and ours.
- Any outstanding payments will be automatically charged to the credit
card on file for your convenience and ours.
- Costume payments:
- Deposits of $50 per costume are due October 31st (Halloween)
- Balances are due January 31st
- Personal Checks are not accepted after April 30th for the current
dance season. Checks will be accepted for summer and fall registration.
